TPFL Series Hydraulic Oil Flushing System

High flow flushing machine is a specialized oil purification equipment with high flow rate, high purification efficiency, suitable for pipeline oil flushing and regular oil filtration purification. For the oil systems of various large equipment, after new installation or major repairs, a dedicated flushing cycle is carried out to thoroughly remove debris and moisture inside the system, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.

Introduction:
High flow flushing machine is a specialized oil purification equipment with high flow rate, high purification efficiency, suitable for pipeline oil flushing and regular oil filtration purification. For the oil systems of various large equipment, after new installation or major repairs, a dedicated flushing cycle is carried out to thoroughly remove debris and moisture inside the system, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
 
This machine is widely used for flushing oil systems of large and ultra large production or construction machinery and transportation equipment in various industries such as power, petroleum, chemical, mechanical, metallurgical, and mining, as well as oil purification in large oil depots and tanks. For example, the flushing and circulation of the oil system in newly installed or overhauled large steam turbine generator units (units with a capacity of 50-1000MW or above), and the oil purification of the oil system in minor repairs.
 
Features:
1. Large flow rate, high flushing efficiency, generally for steam turbine oil systems with a capacity of 200-600MW or above (main oil tank 20-35m3), overhaul flushing for 24-48 hours can ensure that the oil cleanliness quickly reaches (NAS1638 standard level 5-7) or above;
 
2. Adopting a multi-stage filtration setting, the first stage oil filter adopts a magnetic self-cleaning  filter element, which can intercept more than 70% of pollutants in the flushing oil without the need for replacement and cleaning, greatly reducing the consumption of the subsequent high-precision filter element, extending the service life of the high-precision filter element, greatly reducing usage costs, and improving work efficiency;
 
3. The high-precision oil filter element is made of American H&V polymer composite filter material, which has high precision, large pollution capacity, strong water and corrosion resistance. It utilizes deep filtration adsorption mechanism, high filtration efficiency, and convenient disassembly and    installation of the filter element;
 
4. The machine is equipped with a heater that can raise the temperature of the oil and achieve variable temperature flushing. The heat exchange stress can improve the flushing effect;
 
5. The flushing machine is equipped with a filter clogging alarm display control system, as well as a complete electrical automatic protection and control system, which is easy to operate and easy to maintain.
 
Working Principle:
The machine consists of a high flow flushing pump, a flow regulating valve, a filtration system, a heater, instruments, an electrical control cabinet, a sampling valve, and other components. During operation, the inlet and outlet of the machine are connected to the oil system tank and the inlet manifold of the flushing pipe system through temporary pipelines, forming a temporary circulation system. The high flow pump sucks oil from the bottom of the oil tank and enters the oil system through the flow control valve, fine oil filter, high-precision oil filter, and heater; The flushing oil is circulated under high flow rate, and the flow rate inside the main pipe can reach 6-7m/s or above (7-8 times the flow rate during normal operation), which impacts the dirt attached to the inner wall of the pipeline with high-speed oil flow; Through the filtering effect of the oil filter, the oil is continuously filtered and purified while flushing, and the cleanliness of the oil entering the pipeline system meets the operating standards; Using a heater to heat up the oil temperature (≤70℃) to achieve variable temperature flushing and increase the flushing effect.
