    The warranty period is 24 months from commissioning acceptance date on. After the warranty period is over we provide lifelong maintenance and technical service.

  • Q How is the technical services on the product?

    A Engineer available to service machinery overseas. If you have any technical question, you are welcome to contact us any time. We will response promptly and answer to your satisfaction. If required and necessary, we can send our engineer to your place to provide technical support.

  • Q How long is the warranty period?

    A We warrants the plant supplied under agreed specification against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 2 years after start up of the system. 

  • Q How long is the product date of delivery probably?

    A Delivery date differs with product type, order quantity, special requirement etc. Usually our big machine delivery date is around 10 ~ 20 days; test equipment or analyzer delivery date is around 5~10 days. Some products have stock, contact us anytime to get more information.

  • Q What are the available delivery methods?

    A Our port location: Chongqing, Shanghai or other main port of China
    Delivering to: Worldwide
    Delivering method: by sea, by air, by truck, by express, combined transportation

  • Q What payment methods are supported?

    A Payment: By T/T, Paypal, L/C, Western Union,Alibaba Trade Assurance etc. 
    Payment terms: Generally, T/T 40% advanced, the balance paid by T/T when the machine is ready; if the order is big, we also accept 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
