Application:

TP-108 automatic gasoline oxidation stability tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T 8018-2015 and ASTM D525. It is suitable for determining the oxidation stability of gasoline under accelerated oxidation conditions and determining the length of gasoline storage period. The random configuration includes the necessary parts for the test which can be completed without additional spare parts. All key components are imported, such as industrial computers, pressure sensors, etc., which greatly guarantees the accuracy of the data and the stability of the instrument.

 

Software performance:

The instrument can operate independently or connect to multiple PCs through HLIS/ALAN to control. The operator can choose quick method or built-in operating instructions to define the test process. It can store 200 groups of data reports, displaying, printing and making LIMS transmission of customized design test reports.

The pressure curve and pressure drop curve are displayed during the test. After the completion of the test, the data can be saved.

The instrument can convert the average temperature of the entire oxidation time to ensure the accuracy of the experimental results.

The instrument has a built-in diagnostic program that can check every core component and functional block of the instrument.

The sample temperature and pressure test system can be calibrated automatically. You can calibrate the temperature and pressure through the screen

Hierarchical access prevents random modification of the parameters of the test program.

When there is a blue screen, system crash, etc. during use, the instrument has a one-key recovery function and retains the original test data and setting procedures.

Features:

Advanced metal bath overcomes the problem of different boiling points caused by different atmospheric pressures in different regions and has the advantages of fast temperature rise, high precision and no need for conversion, etc.

The instrument uses a solenoid valve to complete the oxygen charging and discharging of the oxygen bomb, which makes the operation process simple and easy. The solenoid valve connection adopts a hard connection method to avoid system leakage to the greatest extent.

The pressure curve and pressure drop curve are displayed during the test. After the completion of the test, the data can be saved.

Close the oxygen shut-off valve directly after oxygenation to avoid micro-leakage of the system affecting the experimental results.

The oxygen bomb adopts advanced hand-spinning technology to seal, ensuring good internal sealing performance of the oxygen bomb without special tools.

The instrument can convert the average temperature of the entire oxidation time to ensure the accuracy of experimental results.

The oxygen bomb rod and the inner wall of the bomb have been specially processed to keep their smoothness.

The single rod of the oxygen bomb is equipped with a safety diaphragm to ensure the safety of the test.

The instrument is equipped with a sample temperature verification device to check the sample temperature regularly.
