Product Introduction
AD Series transformer dry air generator specially supply high purity dry air whose dew point up to -55℃~-70℃ for large electrical equipment such as transformers, reactors etc, which can replace the traditional drying methods of hot oil circulation, nitrogen supplement, vacuum suction etc. It is more efficient, economical, safer and environment protective. It comprehensively takes advantage of cold dry machine, suction machine, coalescence oil water separation and ultra fine filtration, scientifically combines drying purification processes of freezing, absorption, filtration etc, through reasonable pipe connection and capacity collocation to achieve the best economical operation and produce high quality dry air low dew point. It has many advantages such as integrated design, PLC automatic control, automatic detection of various operation parameters, compact and reasonable structure, good drying effect, low consumption regenerated gas, long working service, good effect of composite desiccant, extended service life than common absorbent by three times above etc. It adopts microprocessor program control with high efficiency, energy saving, safe and reliable.
Principle
Air enters gas storage tank through air compressor. Most of the water content is compressed and liquefied thus discharged through drain valve. Air gets first time of drying. Later it enters freezing type dryer and the vapor gets condensed to water thus air gets second time of drying. Then it goes into adsorption dryer to get third time of drying to get remaining trace water content adsorbed out. At last it gets conveyed through high precision air filter to the equipment which needs the dry air.

1. Unique rapid regeneration technology of desiccant:
With the rapid regeneration technology, the dry air generator can provide qualified dry air after 5-20 minutes of operation. No need to wait.
2. Low dew point of the dried gas
The core index of the dry air generator is the dew point of the air supply, and the lower the dew point, the drier the air is. Dry air with low dew point will absorb moisture in transformer to improve the insulation performance of transformer. AD series Air Dryer integrates compression- drying, freeze-drying and adsorption-drying in one, and uses multi-stage filtration system. Due to the “strong compound molecular adsorbent” developed by our company, no matter how much water content in the air, the dew point of the dried gas will be rapidly reduced to below -70℃
3. High efficiency filtration system
With the "gradual filtration" technology, the highest filtration precision is 0.01 um, and the retention rate of solid particles is up to 99.99%. The precision of the primary filter is um , the secondary filter is 0.1 um, and the third filter is 0.01 um.
4. Completely abandon the adsorbent heating for regeneration
The adsorbent is fully regenerated without a heat pressure difference, and no need to bake the adsorbent manually.
5. Original "One Key Manipulation" technology:
Using PLC intelligent controller, just press the "Start" key, then can start the equipment. The equipment can operate automatically to minimize manual errors.
